1-We delivery Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.
2-We do not delivery to area distance from main city center and suburbs.
3-We do not make reservations. If a client makes a purchase in the morning, they will receive the order the same day in the afternoon or the next day in the morning. If they make a purchase in the afternoon or at night, they will receive their order the next day in the morning.
4-If the clients makes a purchase and fails to receive the order, we will cancel the order and pass the item to another client.
5-If the clients makes constant purchases and fails to receive their order more than 3 times, the system will automatically block the client account.
6-Delivery are free of charge.
7-We delivery to all provinces of Angola. After the client makes a purchase, they must make a payment by means of bank deposit or bank transfer and then send us the proof of payment, then we will send the order by Correios de Angola. The client is responsible for the shipment fee by the 3rd party. The shipment fee varies and depends on the weight of the items and the distance from Luanda. Delivery normally take 3 to 5 working days.
Return and Exchange Policy.
In case the items are not a fit for the client, we only do changes and do not accept returns. Moreover, in order to accept the exchange the client must first notify us by message or by telephone the same day they receive the items. If you spend the night with the items and do not inform us then we will not accept changes of the item.
In order to change after informing us, the customer must then select another item of taste at our online store and return to us the item that did not fit them. The value of the item chosen can be equal, lower or higher than the value of the exchanged item. If the value is value of the new item is lower, you will have a balance in your account which you can use in the future. If the value is higher, you will need to pay the difference of the two items.
